Since 1983, Papetsas Building Company has been
realizing the visions of homeowners and designers with
meticulously crafted custom homes. A family owned and
operated business, the Papetsas name is recognized in
Provincetown and on the Lower Cape as one signifying
quality and artistry. As natives of Provincetown, the
Papetsas family grew up surrounded by the beauty of this
unique place and inspired by it's artistic legacy. Thus,
each home is built with the greatest care and attention to
detail of a true artform as we contribute to preserving the
aestetic integrity of Provincetown through Historic
restorations and new custom construction.
Building is more than just a business, it is the pulse of our
family, and that is why the Papetsas name is so highly
respected. In preserving our artform and the reputation
of our family, we operate Papetsas Building Company at
the highest level of integrity. Each home is built not only
under the supervision of, but with the very hands of
Thadd Papetsas, who is on the job every minute of each
work day insuring that the quality and vision of the
property is executed as only a Papetsas home can be.
His wife, Julie, is behind the scenes as the sole
bookkeeper and true design visionary, having been born
to a family of great Sicilian builders and designers, the
Sapia's, out of Essex, CT. Now, they welcome their
daughter, Julianne, to the business, bringing her drafting
and rendering expertise so that now the design element of
our company, that has already been going on for so many
years, can be offered to you, our customer, in a full
design-build package.
