Thadd has thirty years of building experience and has
been in the business for over twenty-eight years,
contracting, custom building, renovating, designing, and
speculating homes. He is a three-time Historic
Commission award winner for "Best Historic
Residential Restoration". His on-site building
experience and his thorough knowledge of the current
Massachusetts Building Code and WFCM make him an
expert on constructing a home, which gives our
company a tremendous advantage over other firms that
focus simply on design. We artistically design, build,
and price any project to fit within the clients' budget
and expectations. Thadd is on-site for the entire work

been married to a builder for twenty-eight years as well as
being the daughter of one, she has a thorough
understanding of the residential construction business and
will walk you through the designing, product selections,
permit process, and building processes of your home. She
is readily available to answer any questions or concerns and
works hand in hand with Thadd and Julianne throughout
the entire designing, quoting, contracting, and building
stages.

Boston Architectural College; Certified in
Computer Aided Design, Boston Architectural
College.
Julianne has completed an intensive rendering
program at Boston Architectural that enables her
to put your future design project on paper. She is
proficient in both hand drafting techniques and
the AutoCAD 2D/3D computer design program
to provide for you a set of plans to be taken
through the entire permit process and used
throughout the construction of your project.
Julianne is also a gifted renderer, being able to
provide you with full perspective, color drawings
of what your finished residence will look like and
has background in the new, cutting-edge Rhino
3D modeling computer program. She provides
the service of representing your project to the
necessary local boards and collaborates with you
so that your vision can be realized.

Thadd Jr., more commonly known as Dimitri, has been
working on the job site with his father learning the
building trade and business since he was fifteen years
old. Dimitri has graduated from Boston College and
works full time, side by side with his father, further
proof that Papetsas Building and Design is a true family
business.
